Step 1 - Getting a quote

Every book is different in terms of number of pages, paper stock and coating. To get an idea of our book printing price, pleae use our instant quote system by specifying your requirements. When you are ready, contact one of our associates to finalize the order.

Step 2 - Send in your ready-to-print PDF file(s)

Files can be sent in three different ways.
1. Email to us if the total file size is less then 10MB.
2. Upload to third party hosting sites such as Google drive, Sendspace.com, WeTransfer.com, Hightail, or Dropbox.com and share us the download link.
3. Burn files onto a disc and mail them to New Cyberian, 1919 Otoole Way, San Jose, CA 95131.

Step 3 - Proofing

Our pre-press department will take care of setting up the job to run efficiently through production, but before the presses start running, you will receive a PDF proof. This is your chance to double check that everything is just right before going to press.

Step 4 - Payment & Prodction

Your customer service representative has confirmed the answers to any questions that may have popped up and you have given the OK to go to press. Our production staff will impose, print, cut, collate, assemble and bind your books efficiently.
If you need a physical proofing sample, please talk to our associate to make the necessary arrangement.

Step 5 - Shipping

New Cyberian offers drop shipping, fulfillment, and storage services at very reasonable prices. If you need to split the order to be shipped to different locations, just send us the addresses and we will take care of it for you.
